The Ark of Hope Rescue operates completely on donations. This is the only way that we have to pay the vet bills, the food for the animals, scoopable kitty litter and all the other necessary items needed to run an animal rescue. We do not have a set fee to adopt an animal from The Ark, we are a Christian family and we hope that you pray about how much or little you can donate when adopting. Please help us help the animals, you are our only means of survival. DiNozzo is no longer up for adoption! My name is DiNozzo. My owners said that they could not afford to take care of me anymore so they took me to The Ark of Hope Animal Rescue. They were closed when we arrived so my owners just tied me to a post and left me there and drove off but not before they took my tags off my collar! They did leave a note behind telling these nice people that my name was "DiNozzo" and that I am a Boxer and Collie mix. It's kind of hard to tell right now isn't it? I am 3 years old I have been to see a nice Vet who did many things to see why I look so pitiful. All the tests came back just fine. It was said that "this was pure neglect." I DO NOT have the thing called mange and I am NOT contagious! I am now on special dog food and antibiotics and after only one day I started feeling much better. *After just one day, my medical bills were over $600.00. The food that I am now eating cost $85.00 for only 25 pounds! But Dianne said that it was worth it if it helps make me better! Could you help The Ark of Hope help me? I have to go back to the vets every few days, any & all donations are GREATLY appreciated & will help with my recovery. Dianne told me that it won't be long at all before I am handsome again and people will be fighting over me! It's so long since I have had any attention from anyone, I can't believe it can get better then The Ark of Hope Animal Rescue. Dianne has told me that she loves me, she hugs me a lot! but I want a family and a home of my own. I don't want to live outside, I want to share as much love as I can.
